By accessing or using the Zen Director platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

Zen Director is a digital platform that connects clients with counselors, therapists, and meditation guides. The Service provides tools for guided meditation, session management, progress tracking, messaging, and personalized wellness programs.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

The Service supports two primary roles: Clients and Counselors. Counselors are responsible for the content they create and assign. Clients are responsible for their own use of the platform and any information they share with their counselor.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users

Zen Director is a wellness and communication platform. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition. Counselors using the platform are independently licensed professionals and are solely responsible for the guidance they provide.

All content, design, logos, and software associated with Zen Director are the property of Zen Director, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Counselors retain ownership of the original content they create and upload to the platform.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described therein.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zen Director, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the Service. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
